INDOSABEST LTD provides an automated vending platform for Value Added Services (VAS) across Nigeria. Our comprehensive service offerings include:
Airtime Top-up
Mobile Data Bundles
Electricity Tokens
Exam PINs (WAEC, NECO)
Cable TV Subscriptions
Supported Networks & Providers
We support all major Nigerian telecommunications networks (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile) and electricity distribution companies (AEDC, EKEDC, IBEDC, IKEDC, and more).

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for entering accurate information including Phone Numbers, Meter Numbers, or SmartCard Numbers. INDOSABEST LTD cannot be held liable for services delivered to incorrectly provided account details.

Automated Fulfillment: Most services are processed automatically and delivered instantly upon successful payment. However, network delays from service providers may occasionally result in delivery times of up to 24 hours.

Electricity Services: Token delivery may be subject to Distribution Company (DisCo) system availability and processing times.

Exam PINs: Once a WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB PIN is displayed on your screen or delivered via SMS/Email, it is considered "Used" and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Important Notice
Always verify the recipient details before confirming your purchase. Transactions sent to wrong numbers cannot be reversed once processed.
In compliance with regulations from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), we implement the following verification measures:

BVN/NIN Requirement: We may request your Bank Verification Number (BVN) or National Identification Number (NIN) to verify your identity for high-volume transactions or to maintain compliance with your wallet transaction limits.

Data Security: All personal identification data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols and is used exclusively for verification purposes.

Anti-Fraud Measures: Identity verification helps us prevent money laundering, fraudulent activities, and unauthorized access to services.

Regulatory Compliance: These requirements ensure our platform operates within the legal framework established by Nigerian financial authorities.
Your Privacy Matters
We never share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to process your transactions with authorized service providers.
All transactions on our platform are conducted in Nigerian Naira (₦). Please note the following pricing policies:

Dynamic Pricing: INDOSABEST LTD reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice in response to changes from upstream service providers (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile, or Power Distribution Companies).

Transparent Pricing: All applicable fees and charges are displayed before you confirm any transaction.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, card payments, and wallet funding through authorized payment gateways.
Convenience Fees
Some utility services (Electricity and Cable TV) may include a standard convenience fee of up to ₦100 as per industry practice. This fee covers transaction processing costs.

Digital Products - Final Sale: Due to the instant and digital nature of Airtime, Data Bundles, and Exam PINs, all successfully completed transactions are final and non-refundable.

Failed Transactions: If your wallet is debited but the requested service is not delivered, a refund will be automatically processed to your INDOSABEST wallet within 24 hours after our system verification.

Electricity Token Issues: In cases where a DisCo reports a "Technical Error" or system downtime, you must wait for the service provider to either generate the token or issue an official refund reference number.

Dispute Resolution: To initiate a refund claim, contact our support team with your Transaction ID and relevant details. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

Partial Refunds: Convenience fees and processing charges are non-refundable even in cases of service failure.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited to your wallet within 24 hours. Bank account refunds may take 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
INDOSABEST LTD operates as an authorized aggregator and technology platform. We are not directly liable for:

Network Downtime: Service interruptions or outages caused by telecommunications providers (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile).

Utility Provider Issues: Planned or unplanned maintenance, technical failures, or policy changes from Electricity Distribution Companies (DisCos) or Cable TV providers.

Examination Body Problems: Invalid or non-working PINs resulting from technical issues at WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB systems.

Third-Party Services: Any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from the failure of third-party payment gateways or banking systems.

User Error: Transactions completed using incorrect recipient information provided by the user.
Maximum Liability
In no event shall INDOSABEST LTD's liability exceed the amount of the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
